Become a Meaningful Change Coach

Becoming a coach is both simple and rewarding. You will not only qualify as a life coach but learn a lot about yourself in your quest to help others.

The skills you learn will be transferable and of benefit to you both professionally and personally as well as leaving you fully qualified to coach on the Meaningful Change Programme.

To become a coach...

Why Become a Meaningful Change Coach?

There are many coaching courses which you could join. It is an important decision and you want to make the right one. We understand this and there are many reasons why Meaningful Change is the right choice...

The programme was devised by Gerard O’Donovan, a leading specialist in the field of life coaching and Di McClanahan, a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Their skills and expertise have been put together to create a coaching programme which is both new and exciting and will prove successful for all involved.

The first of its kind, Meaningful Change gets to the heart of the difficulties behind weight loss. With the help of highly trained coaches we are able to address the psychological issues behind people’s inability to loose weight.

This is where our approach differs. We are practical and know that exercise and a healthy eating regime is important but we go one step further. The necessary step to long term success.

How will I coach?

The advantage to our coaching is it is done over the telephone at a time convenient to you and your client.

We will take people who have struggled with weight loss through a unique six month programme. There are no dieting foods or weighing classes. Just one to one sessions with real people like you who are as committed to their success and personal achievement.

Your role will be one of encouragement and support. Through gentle coaxing you will help your clients to identify their goals and any psychological barriers which might be preventing their progress.
